If any member of your household experiences symptoms of Covid-19 you must call 119 to arrange a test and inform the school. You must isolate for 14 days along with your household. Please inform the school of the outcome of the test. If your test results come back negative your child can return to school before the 14 day period ends. If the test is positive, please continue to follow NHS guidelines.

St Christopher's Churchof England Primary School

Positivity, Respect, Independence, Determination, Equality in our distinctly Christian environment

Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND)

At St Christopher’s, we believe that all pupils should be thought of and valued as per our school values in terms of positivity, respect, independence, determination and equality.

We strive hard to ensure that all pupils:

  •  Have a balanced curriculum which is differentiated to meet individual needs;
  •  Can learn and make progress according to their individual development trends;
  •  Are assessed using appropriate tools and guidelines;
  •  Have equal access to resources, provision and intervention as needed.

All teachers at St Christopher’s are teachers of Special Educational Needs & Disabilities (SEND) pupils and as such provide high quality teaching which takes account of the particular individual needs of pupils with SEND within the classroom.

If you have any concerns about your child’s learning, please speak to your child’s class teacher or make an appointment with the SENDCo via the school office or by email: or call 01638 750342.

Our SENDCo is Mrs A Warren.
